Syntax: cast 'alter object' <object>
With this spell, Psionicists can manipulate the properties of an item to
allow themselves to equip it at an earlier level. The manipulation does not
decrease the stats or armor quality of the item and does not weaken the
level‑based damage of weapons, it only lowers the level requirement at which
the item can be worn. The effect is permanent. To alter the item, it can
be no higher than level 151 and the caster must be able to wear the item
after it has been altered in order to cast it on the item.
Level 1 to 44 : 2 delevels.
Level 45 to 59 : 3 delevels.
Level 60 to 74 : 4 delevels.
Level 75 to 89 : 5 delevels.
Level 90 to 104: 6 delevels.
Level 105 to 119: 7 delevels.
Level 120 to 134: 8 delevels.
